I'm a bigger fella and this thing works fantastic. I was afraid I was to heavy for it but it stretches my back very well. I get about 5 or 6 good pops every time I get on it. Don't go straight to level 3 you'll hurt your self. Start at 1 and move up. If you have limited range of motion you don't want to just go ham it will be very uncomfortable. Ease into it you'll get relief on level one and as your back loosens up and ypu need more arch step it up but don't rush it. Fantastic product even for us hefty fellas.
